No. Regrettably, I am not licensed to operate in the state of California. Consequently, I am bound by regulations that restrict my services to projects valued at $499.99 or less, encompassing both labor and material expenses, regardless of the party responsible for material procurement.
I have no plans of obtaining a B - General or B-2 license.
Handyman services is something I pursue out of passion rather than as my primary source of income and I only work on a small projects that do not exceed $499.99.
Per project. Typically, I charge per project. However, there are certain circumstances where I may apply a flat fee, such as a minimum charge of $100 for very small jobs.
While cash is the preferred method of payment, I also accept payment via check, Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App.
Yes. I do respond to emergency calls, such as plumbing and electrical issues, when needed.
An emergency call is typically considered when there is an urgent situation that requires immediate attention to prevent property damage, ensure safety, or restore essential services. Examples include burst pipes, electrical outages, gas leaks, or any situation posing an immediate risk or inconvenience to occupants, also between 10 PM and 7 AM.
Yes. Minimum charge is $180 minimum for any repair call, and this does not include the cost of materials.
Yes. All labor and workmanship provided by me on all repairs are guaranteed for one year from the date of the final invoice. I stand by the quality of our work and have a 5-star reputation to back it up.
I aim to schedule appointments at your home within 7 business days. However, during periods of high demand, this timeframe may extend to 14 days.
